The Arkansas Society of Accountants regrets to inform you that our Executive Secretary,

LaVerne Long, passed away on March 29, 2009.

LaVerne was very dedicated to this society and served in this position for 30 years.

She will be missed by all of us.

The board has voted to name our scholarship fund The LaVerne Long Scholarship Fund.
